Russell is the Principal and Founder of Shipley CPA, LLC. Russell is a Certified Public Accountant (CPA), a Certified Government Financial Manager (CGFM), a Certified Fraud Examiner (CFE), and a Chartered Global Management Accountant (CGMA).

Russell is a graduate of Kansas State University with an undergraduate and Master’s Degree in accounting. He is a member of the American Institute of Certified Public Accountants, the Kansas Society of Certified Public Accountants, the Association of Certified Fraud Examiners, and the Association of Government Accountants. Russell is licensed to practice as a certified public accountant in Kansas and Missouri.
